System Overview

The FairScan Ordering System allows users to scan their orders into a PDA with an inbuilt barcode scanner, have a print out produced at a fair (or email when on the road) and then have those orders imported into a compatible Accounting System.

FairScan provides all of the software, hardware, training and advice in implementing this system.  We will visit your workplace for the initial training and then provide ongoing support with onsite fair support included for many popular fairs such as the Reed and GHA Gift Fairs.

FairScan will setup and install all the software required to scan orders and then have them imported back to your Accounting System.

FairScan will supply all of the required hardware for use with the Barcode Scanning System including scanners, chargers, laptops, printers and cables.

FairScan will provide you with the facilities to print and maintain your own barcodes.  These barcodes only need to be placed on your display products.
